We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time without notice. Signing up and participating in our beta is not a guarantee of winning, nor is it a guarantee that anyone will win a prize or receive a reward. Winners must be 18 years or older and be residents in the continental United State of America. Identity verification is required to claim the prize and it must match the name provided when signing up for Exspresso and our email list. Exspresso Inc, herein referred to as Exspresso.
“Coffee for Life,” hereafter referred to as “the prize”. The prize entails one coffee per day with a price of less than or equal to $4 including taxes and any other applicable fees. This will only be participating cafes whom are yet to be determined. We may strip any person with the prize of it at any time without notice for any reason. We reserve the right to withhold the prize from the winner for any amount of time for any reason. The prize cannot be exchanged, and it carries no monetary value. The prize cannot be transferred for any reason at any point in time.
The $5 rewards, hereafter referred to as "the reward", for participating in our beta will be paid out in the form of an addition made to your Exspresso Card balance. This will be done only after not less than 10 USD has been spent on qualifying orders made through the Exspresso App. Exspresso reserves the right to determine what is and is not a qualifying order, and it may be changed at any time without notice, we will not be making public what is a qualifying order. The reward cannot be exchanged, and it carries no monetary value. The prize cannot be transferred for any reason at any point in time.
